AL-Taj

Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 September 2026

Who we are

AL-Taj is operated by MYZ for Trading and Technology Services Company, registered in Saudi Arabia. These Terms govern use of the AL-Taj flight booking platform, including search, fare holds, booking, payment, ticketing, post-booking services, and customer support.

For support, contact support@altajtours.com.

Acceptance of terms

By using the platform, creating or continuing a booking, submitting passenger details, requesting a fare hold, or making payment, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, the applicable fare rules, airline conditions of carriage, payment-provider terms, and supplier rules shown during the booking flow.

Booking accuracy

You are responsible for checking all booking details before payment or confirmation, including passenger names, travel dates, routes, passport or identity document details, nationality, date of birth, contact details, baggage, seats, extras, and visa or transit requirements.

Passenger names and document details must match the travel document used at check-in and border control. Corrections may be restricted, charged, or unavailable depending on airline and supplier rules.

Fares, availability, and ticketing

Flight prices, availability, taxes, fees, baggage allowance, refundability, and fare rules are provided by airlines, suppliers, and booking providers. They may change until the booking is ticketed and confirmed.

A payment authorization or booking reference does not guarantee ticketing. A booking is confirmed only when ticketing succeeds and a confirmed booking or ticket status is issued by the relevant provider.

Payment

Payment may be processed by Razorpay or another supported payment provider. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or full payment instrument details. Payment failures, chargebacks, fraud checks, bank declines, or provider outages may prevent ticketing or delay confirmation.

Fare holds

Fare holds, when offered, are subject to airline and supplier limits. Hold duration, availability, expiry, and final ticketing eligibility are not guaranteed until confirmed by the provider. If a hold expires or the airline changes availability, the fare may no longer be available.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Changes, cancellations, voids, no-show treatment, refunds, and service fees are governed by the airline fare rules, supplier rules, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Some fares are non-refundable or non-changeable.

Travel requirements

You are responsible for passports, visas, transit permissions, health documents, entry requirements, exit requirements, and any other documents required for travel. Airlines or authorities may deny boarding even when a ticket is valid if required documents are missing or incorrect.

Accounts and guest bookings

You may book as a guest or through an account. You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for ensuring the email address and mobile number used for booking are reachable for updates, OTPs, receipts, and support communication.

Platform use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by:

  • Submitting false, fraudulent, or unauthorized booking information
  • Attempting to bypass security, payment, fare, or provider controls
  • Scraping, overloading, reverse engineering, or disrupting the service
  • Using another person's data or payment method without authorization
  • Using the platform for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity

Service availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable booking service, but availability may be affected by airlines, suppliers, payment providers, communication providers, OCR infrastructure, internet connectivity, maintenance, or events outside our control.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AL-Taj is not liable for airline schedule changes, cancellations, denied boarding, supplier outages, payment provider failures, immigration decisions, or losses caused by incorrect traveler information submitted by the user.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the platform, providers, payment methods, or legal requirements change. The updated date above will show when the Terms were last revised.
